Photo uploads are used solely for AI-assisted hair colour analysis within your session. Photos are transmitted securely to an AI vision model (Claude by Anthropic) for analysis and are not stored or retained by ELEVEN Australia after the analysis is complete. Anthropic processes uploaded images transiently in accordance with their privacy policy. By uploading a photo you confirm you have obtained any necessary consent from the person depicted.
